Encode
Every unit gets a unique, encrypted, dynamic secQR code generated inside your controlled environment. The code carries no readable secret; it resolves only against your record. Batch, SKU, plant, line and date are bound at creation. The mandated data set is supported out of the box: GTIN, batch, expiry, manufacturer.
Apply
Print on any label with any printer: thermal, inkjet, laser, offset or flexo. Put the code on-pack, on the closure, under the cap, or on the shipper. No special substrate, no hologram, no ink. Works within your existing artwork and quiet-zone rules.
Scan and act
Any smartphone camera reads the code. The scan is validated in real time and the unit's status is returned to whoever is scanning, whether that is a consumer, a retailer, an inspector or your own field team. The scan event feeds your dashboard: location, time, device, duplicate count, channel fit. Anomalies raise alerts. Evidence is logged.

A photocopy of a secQR code is not a secQR code. Each code resolves against a controlled record; the printed image contains nothing a counterfeiter can reuse. Duplicates are flagged on their first scan.
